Crispy Chocolate Break

The perfect crispy chocolate break recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Whole milk couverture
  • 100 g Donated almonds
  • 200 g Chopped hazelnuts
  • 100 g Crunchy oatmeal
  • 200 g Cornflakes
  1. Mix the almonds, hazelnut kernels, oat flakes and cornflackes in a large bowl
  1. Roughly chop whole milk couverture and melt in a water bath
  1. Tip the melted chocolate over the other ingredients and mix well
  1. Spread everything over a large area on a baking sheet
  1. approx. Let it dry for 30 – 40 minutes in a cool place
  1. Now break the chocolate plate into small pieces
