Apple-carrot-potato Soup :-)))

The perfect apple-carrot-potato soup :-))) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Onions
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 Pc. Apple boskop
  • 0,75 liter Vegetable broth
  • Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, curry and a little honey
  1. Melt some butter in the saucepan and sauté the chopped onions until translucent. Pour in the broth. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes. After about 10 minutes of cooking, add the diced apples and cook until soft.
  2. Then puree well and season to taste. Can get a bit sour depending on the apple variety. But super tasty with a little honey and chilli flakes. Put a spoonful of sour cream on top of the soup as the icing on the cake. Bon Appetit:-)
