Nut Treat Cake

  • 150 gr Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Egg yolk
  • 200 gr Sifted flour
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder

Nut mass

  • 3 Protein
  • 150 gr Sugar
  • 200 gr Ground hazelnuts
  1. Make a batter from the dough ingredients. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm), smooth out.
  1. For the nut mixture, beat the egg whites into snow, sprinkle with sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in the ground nuts.
  1. Spread this mixture on the batter and bake for approx. 40 – 45 minutes at 175 ° C in the preheated oven.
  1. Remove from the mold and let cool down completely on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
