  • 2 glasses Morello cherries
  • 4 Eggs
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 125 g Flour
  • 125 g Butter
  • 100 g According to hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Cake glaze 1/4 L
  • 1 cup Cream
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • 125g sugar, 4 egg yolks, 125g butter, 125g flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder, stir in the butter, sugar and egg yolks until foamy, then stir in the flour and baking powder and pour into a springform pan, then make a mixture
  • 4 stiff egg whites, 100gr. Sprinkle with sugar and add 100gr. Fold in the nuts. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove from the mold immediately and allow to cool, results in two different layers, separate them from each other.
  • Place the cherries on the bottom, pour the cake glaze over it (I cooked it with the cherry juice), let it cool and spread with 1-2 cups of cream (I added a little vanilla sugar to the cream).
  • Place the nut lids on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar. My husband's colleagues will tell me whether it tastes good.
