Nut Treat Cake

- 150 gr Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Egg yolk
- 200 gr Sifted flour
- 1,5 tsp Baking powder

- 3 Protein
- 150 gr Sugar
- 200 gr Ground hazelnuts
- Make a batter from the dough ingredients. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm), smooth out.
- For the nut mixture, beat the egg whites into snow, sprinkle with sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in the ground nuts.
- Spread this mixture on the batter and bake for approx. 40 – 45 minutes at 175 ° C in the preheated oven.
- Remove from the mold and let cool down completely on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
