Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 350 ml milk
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 g almond(s), chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 m.-sized apples

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

quick and easy

Place 250g of oats (preferably finely ground cologne flakes) in a bowl. Add 50g raisins, 50g chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 350ml milk and mix well. Core and peel 2 medium apples. Add them to the porridge using a grater (with large holes) and mix again. Add more sugar to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, and you’re done. If the muesli is too thick or too thin after about 3 hours, simply add a little more milk or a little more oats.
