Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 apple
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 5 walnuts
- 100 ml orange juice
- 200 g oat flakes
- 1 handful of raisins
- 200 ml milk
- possibly honey if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the apple and dice it. Peel the orange and chop it. Peel and slice the banana. Chop the walnuts and add the raisins. Now place all ingredients in a bowl and mix after adding the orange juice. Then add the oatmeal and pour in the milk. If you like, you can sweeten with a little honey. Since the oatmeal absorbs a lot of milk, add more milk as needed—some people prefer it more runny, others thicker.
