Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 sausages (groats sausage)
- 1 serving of sauerkraut
- 5 m.-sized potatoes
- Milk
- Salt
- nutmeg
- Caraway seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brown the blood sausage (we prefer one with raisins) in a little butter in a pan, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, heat the sauerkraut with a little caraway seeds. Peel the potatoes beforehand and boil them with a little salt. Drain, add the milk, mash, and season with freshly grated nutmeg.
