Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pork mince
- 1 class can/n sauerkraut, 314 ml
- 100 ml broth
- 1 small onion(s), roughly diced
- 1 small bay leaf
- some clarified butter, for frying
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the minced meat in hot clarified butter until crumbly, but do not allow it to brown. Briefly fry the onion. Add the sauerkraut, bay leaf, and broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes.
