- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- Smoked salmon, cut into strips for garnish

Halve the hard-boiled eggs lengthwise, scoop out the yolks, and strain them through a sieve. Whisk with mayonnaise until fluffy. Stir in the stiffly whipped cream and freshly grated horseradish, season with paprika, salt, and lemon juice, and fill the egg halves. Top with thin strips of salmon in a crisscross pattern.
