Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 175 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g cream cheese
- 175 g nougat nut cream
- 100 g nuts (pecans)

Combine the flour and baking powder, sift, and set aside. Cream the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Then stir in the nougat spread and cream cheese. Stir the flour into the cream cheese and butter mixture. Finely chop the pecans and fold them in. Using a teaspoon, place small mounds of dough on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 8-10 minutes. Don’t overcook them, as they should stay soft. After baking, let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes and then cool completely on a wire rack. Tip: You can substitute other nuts for the pecans.
