- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- ¼ liter of milk
- Cinnamon and sugar
- Bread(s) (raisin bread, Stuten, plaited bread)

Eierkäse is a Westerwald sweet dish
Mix eggs, milk, and sugar in a saucepan and let it set in a water bath. Then pour the mixture into a special egg-cheese mold (ceramic sieve) or another fine sieve. Then let it cool and turn out. It’s eaten on raisin bread or plaited bread, and finally sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
