Knöpfle, Tupperware recipe

Make a soft dough from the ingredients, then place it in a bowl with a lid (important!) and let it rest in a warm place for about 45 minutes, covered only with a tea towel. I always put the dough near the heater, and the longer it rests, the better it gets! Then microwave it at 600 watts for about 4 minutes with the lid closed. Be careful, though: if the Knöpfle is left in for too long, it will develop a hard spot, but this is easy to cut away (although this has only happened to me once so far). Then slice the Knöpfle; it tastes great with gravy. If you have any leftovers, simply cut them into small pieces the next day, fry them, and add more gravy!
