Wild garlic dumplings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the flour and chopped wild garlic in a bowl, then crack the eggs into a well. Knead by hand or with a food processor until the dough is completely smooth. Then let it rest for half an hour. Scrape the dough into boiling salted water using a spaetzle grater or (if you can) by hand. The dumplings are ready when they rise to the surface. Delicious with roasts and goulash.
