Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 12 Maultaschen
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 2 small shallots
- 2 small tomatoes
- 8 small sausages (grilled sausages)
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Spices)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Baked Maultaschen with grilled sausages
Cut the grilled sausages into small pieces and fry. Meanwhile, slice the Maultauschen (small pork sausage), shallots, and tomatoes. Dice the bell peppers. When the sausages are done, fry the Maultaschen (small dumplings). Add the remaining ingredients and fry. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sausages and cook until it just begins to melt. Season to taste and serve. Serve with a well-chilled pilsner.
