Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato(s), waxy
  • 2 cubes of vegetable stock
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • nutmeg
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Baden potato dish

Wash, peel, and thinly slice the potatoes. Place the slices in a pot and fill with water. Add the stock cubes and cook the potatoes until soft. Then add the cream and sour cream and season with nutmeg and pepper. Cut the sausage into small pieces, add it to the pot, and heat briefly.
