Pak Choy with Parmesan crust

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Vegetables (one pak choy)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Japanese cabbage

Wash the bok choy and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Heat the butter and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the vegetables, sauté until crispy, and season with herb salt and pepper. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Place the bok choy in a greased baking dish, arrange the tomatoes in a ring shape on top, and sprinkle everything with Parmesan cheese. Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes. Serve with buttered rice!
