Faster – Always all – Chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • e.g. cream (spray cream)
  • possibly honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package instructions with milk and sugar and pour into four bowls. Purée the bananas with a hand mixer (add a little honey if you like!). Pour over the pudding mixture. Finally, top with a drizzle of whipped cream. Let it cool or eat warm. This quick dessert is always a hit at my house. Tip for those calorie-conscious: Use only 1.5% milk, prepare it with half the sugar, and use only strawberries, or use two bananas with a little milk for the purée instead of four. It tastes better, though, as described above.
