Chicken breast in broccoli and cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 500 g broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 250 g herb cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil (Alba oil) for frying

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and fry in a pan with the Alba oil until golden brown. Then add the broccoli florets (raw or simply thawed) and sauté for 5 minutes. When the broccoli is still firm to the bite, add the cream and herb cream cheese to the pan. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. We like to serve this with boiled potatoes. Rice or noodles are also great!
