Meat sausage noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 ring/s poultry sausage, diced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • Oregano or Italian herbs
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped, to taste
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 cup of whipped cream (200 ml)
  • 1 cup cream cheese spread (200 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cheap fast food

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Brown the sausage and onions in oil. Add the tomato paste, oregano, and garlic and fry briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, then add the heavy cream. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Heat briefly, but do not boil further. Serve with the pasta and serve with the Parmesan cheese.
