Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potato(s), waxy
  • 2 bell peppers, cleaned, diced
  • 2 onions
  • ½ bunch spring onions, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Paprika powder
  • 150 g bacon
  • 2 sausages (Wiener)
  • salt and pepper
  • Flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Sauté the garlic with the onions and bacon. When the onions are translucent, add a little flour with about 2 tablespoons of paprika, sauté briefly, and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the sour cream and stir the sauce until creamy. Now add the potatoes, bell pepper pieces, and spring onions and let everything simmer for about 8 minutes. Do not cook. I like to add 2 chopped Vienna sausages. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
