Rustic carrot stew with Mettwurst

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s), bunched carrots
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 3 Mettwurst
  • 1 cube of beef broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into small pieces, and thinly slice the Mettenden sausages. Place everything in a sufficiently large pot. Pour in 300 ml of water, crush the stock cube, and stir in. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Mash the vegetables with a wooden spoon until finely chopped, then season the stew with salt and pepper to taste.
