Sausage goulash with paprika

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red,
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 200 g leek
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 1 cup(s) vegetable broth (approx. 200 – 250 ml), hot
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ⅛ liter gravy, thickened
  • 500 g hunting sausage
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean, wash, and dice the vegetables. Add them to a large, microwave-safe pot with the hot broth. Season with marjoram, thyme, and paprika, and add garlic salt. Cook with the lid on at 600 watts for about 14 minutes. Add the gravy. Dice the sausage and add it with the tomatoes and their liquid. Stir in the crème fraîche and heat again at the same wattage for 6 minutes. Season to taste.
