Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potato(s) (waxy)
- 60 g margarine
- 4 onions
- 1 cube of yeast
- 40 g flour
- ½ liter meat broth or vegetable broth
- chives
- Salt
- Butter, in flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the potatoes in their skins, drain, rinse with cold water, peel while still warm, then slice. Melt the margarine and fry the diced onions until translucent. Add the crumbled yeast and stir until dissolved, then sprinkle with the flour and brown while stirring. Deglaze with the hot meat broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and stir in the chopped chives. Place the potato slices and sauce in a baking dish, alternating layers. Place the last layer of butter on top. Place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Serve with salad.
