Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 slice(s) ham, cooked, thin
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s), very finely diced
  • 1 chili pepper(s), very finely diced
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml curry ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead the minced meat with the finely diced onion and chili pepper, along with salt, pepper, and paprika, and season to taste. Divide the mixture into 10 portions and spread on the ham slices. Place a piece of feta cheese on each slice and roll up. Place the rolls in a baking dish and preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the ketchup and cream and season with paprika and chili powder, if desired. Pour over the rolls and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. You can also fill the rolls with mozzarella, mushrooms, or strips of bell pepper, depending on your taste. Serve with rice or pasta and a salad.
