Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beans (runner beans)
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 500 g minced meat, ready seasoned
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 sprigs savory
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cornstarch
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the pork mince in oil. Wash the beans, remove the strings, and cut into diagonal pieces (approx. 2 cm). Peel the potatoes and dice them. Add the beans and potatoes to the meat, fry briefly, then pour in the broth. Add the savory. Simmer for about 20 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper, and thicken with Mondamin if desired.
