Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 glasses of milk
- ½ jar sugar
- 1 tbsp rice
- 1 tbsp rice flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the rice and cook it slowly in the milk until soft. Add the sugar and the rice flour mixed with a little water. Continue cooking until the mixture becomes creamy. Pour into ovenproof serving dishes and bake over medium heat until a golden brown skin forms. Serve well chilled.
