Pears – gratinated with nut crust

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pear(s), ripe
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 150 g hazelnuts, sliced
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 g crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the pears, quarter them, and remove the cores. Cut the pear quarters into thick wedges and place them in a greased baking dish. Melt the butter and honey, add the nuts, cream, and crème fraîche, and spread over the pears. Bake everything in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve with lightly whipped cream with vanilla sugar.
