Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar or sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rice pudding – quick, easy and delicious – according to my mother’s recipe

Combine the rice flour, sugar, and cornstarch. Bring the milk to a boil and remove from the heat. Stir in the powder and return it to the heat briefly until the pudding sets. Now pour into bowls, refrigerate, and you’re done! If you like it (even) sweeter, simply add more sugar.
