Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp spice mix (Aiba Kery)
  • possibly oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the minced meat in a bowl, grate the onion over it, and knead well with the remaining ingredients. Shape the meatballs into half-egg-sized balls, flatten them, and grill. Tip: If you prefer, you can also fry them in a pan with a little oil.
