Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 jar oil
  • 1 jar yogurt
  • ½ jars of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, 1 pinch of carbonate
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Potato Mücveri

Peel the potatoes and onion. Cut into small cubes and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the spices, and mix well. Season well. Generously grease a baking sheet and spread the potato mixture on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the surface is golden brown (test with a knife). Serve hot. Serve with pide and yogurt.
