Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, cooked
- 3 spring onions
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp caraway powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Turkish recipe
Grate the potatoes into a bowl. Finely chop the spring onions and parsley and add them to the potatoes. Then add all the remaining ingredients and knead thoroughly by hand. Shape the mixture into small patties and bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at approximately 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. They’re perfect as a side dish to meat dishes or as a main course with a delicious dip.
