Note from the chef’s recipe editor: Many comments report that the potatoes are still not cooked after 30 minutes in the oven. Most people said they needed 60 minutes or pre-cooked the potatoes. This should be taken into account. We have increased the cooking time accordingly. Wrap one potato at a time in aluminum foil and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45-60 minutes. Then remove and cut in half (note: do not cut in half, but cut so that about 1 cm of the base remains). Pull the potato apart a little, season with salt, and add a little butter and cheese. Wait until it has melted a little, then mash it with a fork so that the butter and cheese mixture mixes with the inside of the potato. Continue in this way until it has the consistency of mashed potatoes. Now fill it as you wish: – Vegetarian: Coleslaw, olives, corn, carrots, peas, pickles, ketchup, mayo or sauce of your choice – Hawaiian: Pineapple, sausage, ketchup, mayo or sauce of your choice – Chicken: Chicken, pickles, mushrooms, coleslaw, ketchup, mayo or sauce of your choice – Fish: Tuna, shrimp, olives, carrots, onions, corn, ketchup, mayo or sauce of your choice – Mexican: Spicy ground beef, pickled peppers, beans, pickles, ketchup, mayo or sauce of your choice
