Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 1 tomato(s)
- 2 tbsp herbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 400 g minced beef
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n.e. Paprika powder, rose hot
- n. B. Salt

Topping for Turkish pizza, pizza sauce
Peel the onions and chop very finely. Briefly blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and peel off the skin. Chop the tomatoes. Mix the onions, tomatoes, and herbs with the butter and ground beef. Season with pepper, paprika, and salt. Brown in a pan and place on the lahmacun dough. Bake the pizza in a stone oven for 3-5 minutes at 470°C (or 15 minutes at 250°C). Variation: Season with 1 teaspoon of ajvar and 1 teaspoon of cumin.
