Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150g Gorgonzola
- 150 ml cream, sweet
- 1 cube of meat broth
- 1 tbsp sauce thickener, white
- possibly chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
very simple, as a quick side dish
Crumble the Gorgonzola and heat it with the cream in a saucepan until the cheese melts. Then add the crumbled stock cubes (or instant bouillon cubes). Bring to a boil briefly, adding a little thickener if needed. Stir continuously! If you have them, you can also stir in chives. It goes well with all kinds of vegetables, but also with pasta dishes.
