For the filling, chop all the ingredients in a food processor and mix together. You can either have the lamb belly bacon minced with the minced meat at the butcher’s or chop it very finely and add it to the dough. For the dough, mix all the ingredients together, knead into a yeast dough, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Form the dough into small balls and roll them out to the size of a cake plate. Now you can add one or two tablespoons of the filling to each one and spread it out with a fork. The most important thing, of course, is that the Turkish pizza is baked individually in a pizza oven. Have fun baking it.
