tastes just like in a snack bar

Chop all of the doner kebab ingredients except the minced meat into small pieces in a food processor, then mix with the minced meat and knead. Alternatively, put everything in a food processor and mix for about five minutes. Form the minced meat into a roll, wrap it in cling film, and place it in the freezer for at least three hours, preferably overnight. Remove the meat from the freezer, cut it into very thin slices, and fry it in a non-stick pan with a little oil. Tip: Fry the meat, freeze it in small portions, and remove it when needed and fry briefly in the pan. Deep-fry the French fries. Mix the doner kebab meat, mixed salad, and fried chips, place everything on a serving plate, and season with your favorite sauce.
