Chicken in oriental heaven

Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, and then cut into cubes (if pan-fried, you can also cut it into smaller cubes). Place it in a bowl and toss with lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, finely chopped mint, and the spices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. To grill, thread it onto wooden skewers or pan-fry it until crispy. It goes well with hummus, paprika cream, tahini, and even rice and salad. You can also fill flatbread with it to create a kind of “shawarma.”
