Turkish shish kebab with chicken

Cut the chicken into approximately 3 cm cubes, mix with the onion puree (or just its juice), milk, oil, and spices, and marinate in a covered dish in the refrigerator for one day (12-24 hours). Cut the tomatoes, onions, and peppers into 6 pieces each and thread them onto skewers, alternating with the marinated meat. Grill the skewers until they reach a delicious golden color. Serve with rice or fries and salad. Tip: For a more oriental twist, add garlic and/or cumin to the marinade. For the braver: Use hot chili peppers for the skewers.
