- ½ loaf(s), sliced from the previous day
- 5 eggs
- n. B. vegetable oil

Using leftovers – Turkish recipe
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Then dip each slice of bread briefly in the flour on both sides and fry briefly on both sides in an oiled pan. We serve it with tomatoes and cheese. It’s perfect for breakfast.
