Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp, heaped paprika paste, mild
  • 75 g walnuts, chopped, approx. 3/4 jar
  • 40 g breadcrumbs, approx. 1/3 year
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 spring onion(s) or chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp, heaped Pul Biber, mild
  • 1 tsp, heaped Pul Biber, hot
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl with a fork. Do not use a food processor. Season with salt. Let stand for 2-3 hours. Serve with flatbread or baguette slices, for example.
