Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- 2 tbsp, heaped paprika paste, mild
- 75 g walnuts, chopped, approx. 3/4 jar
- 40 g breadcrumbs, approx. 1/3 year
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 1 spring onion(s) or chives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 tsp, heaped Pul Biber, mild
- 1 tsp, heaped Pul Biber, hot
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 tsp, leveled salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
a Turkish dip with walnuts and paprika paste
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl with a fork. Do not use a food processor. Season with salt. Let stand for 2-3 hours. Serve with flatbread or baguette slices, for example.
