Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g minced beef
- 200 g minced lamb
- 1 large onion(s)
- clove(s) garlic
- 100 g toast bread
- 100 ml milk
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp parsley or coriander
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Soak the bread in the milk, squeeze out excess water, and mix well in a bowl with all the remaining ingredients. Season the mince mixture to taste. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, place each on a skewer with wet hands, and shape into an oval shape. Fry the skewers in a pan or grill for 15 minutes.
