- 1 cup(s) rusk or dry white bread, grated
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- some parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper

Greek meat cakes from the grill
Knead the minced meat with the rusks, egg, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper into a smooth dough and let it rest in the refrigerator. Then form into oblong meatballs about 1.5 cm thick and grill until golden brown. This goes well with tzatziki, potatoes, or other vegetables.
