Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g ground almonds
- 6 eggs
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- e.g. powdered sugar
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
incredibly airy and very quick to make
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix all ingredients (including the egg yolks) thoroughly and carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes, until the cake is light to medium brown. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
