Chicken thighs with honey sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 16 chicken legs (drum legs)
  • 500 g honey, liquid
  • 200 g butter, melted
  • 150 g ketchup
  • 1 ½ tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the chicken thighs, pat dry, and place them side by side in a roasting pan. Combine honey, butter, ketchup, mustard, and curry powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken thighs. Place the roasting pan in a preheated oven and roast the chicken thighs at 170°C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. We recommend serving with fresh baguette.
