Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large tomatoes, ripe
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Finely dice the tomatoes and garlic. Mix with oil and spices and let it simmer for about an hour. We serve it with potatoes and stir-fries, or simply with bread.
