Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Water
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp butter, approx.

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the potatoes and garlic, boil them with salt and water in a pot for about 20 minutes. Drain the water. Add the milk, nutmeg, and butter, and mash.
