Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 2 cup(s) oil (peanut oil)
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 1 ½ tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 6 pieces of chili pepper(s), dried and pitted
  • 2 tsp, heaped paprika powder, hot
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • Parmesan, grated
  • breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Canarian seasoning sauce

Combine all ingredients except the cheese and breadcrumbs in a blender and blend using an immersion blender. Add the cheese and breadcrumbs a spoonful at a time until the desired consistency is reached. Ladle the mojo into jars, making sure it’s covered with oil.
