Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups olive oil
- 2 cup(s) oil (peanut oil)
- 100 ml mineral water
- 1 ½ tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 6 pieces of chili pepper(s), dried and pitted
- 2 tsp, heaped paprika powder, hot
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 bulb(s) garlic, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- Parmesan, grated
- breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Canarian seasoning sauce
Combine all ingredients except the cheese and breadcrumbs in a blender and blend using an immersion blender. Add the cheese and breadcrumbs a spoonful at a time until the desired consistency is reached. Ladle the mojo into jars, making sure it’s covered with oil.
