Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 2 bunch coriander, chopped
- 200 ml olive oil, good
- 60 ml red wine vinegar
- 6 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp thyme
- 2 slices toast bread, crumbled
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Canarian green sauce
Combine all ingredients, except the olive oil, and blend. Once the mixture has become a paste, carefully stir in the oil. Then blend vigorously again briefly. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Perfect with meat, fish, and papas arrugadas (Canarian wrinkled potatoes).
